The Service is designed to provide educational and informational feedback to help entrepreneurs refine their ideas. Our feedback is AI-generated and should not be considered as professional business, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• Operating, maintaining, and improving the Service

4.3 Confidentiality

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, branding, and technology, is and will remain the exclusive property of NYAI Labs and its licensors. The StartUpGenie name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of NYAI Labs. InfiGenie™ is a trademark of NYAI Labs.

5. AI-Generated Feedback Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated feedback may not always be accurate or complete
• Feedback should not be considered professional business, legal, or financial advice
• You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions
• The "roasting" feature is designed to be provocative but constructive
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated feedback

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or deceptive content
• Use the Service to infringe on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to manipulate or game the AI feedback system
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NYAI LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• BUSINESS DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED FEEDBACK
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
